You can receive notifications about new subscribers and also send automated emails to them — but these are two different processes:
To receive internal notifications: Use OptiMonk’s Instant Lead Notification setup.
To contact subscribers directly: You must use a third-party email automation platform such as MailChimp, Klaviyo, or another supported provider, and integrate it with your OptiMonk campaign.
Step 1: Log In to Your OptiMonk Account
Log in at:
https://app.optimonk.com/login/en
Step 2: Select the Campaign
Click Campaigns in the left-hand menu.
Choose the campaign you want to use for collecting subscribers.
Your new subscribers from this Campaign will receive the email notification that you have set up in your 3rd party system.
Step 3: Open Campaign Settings
Click Edit Settings on the right side.
This opens the Campaign Settings page, where you can configure appearance rules and manage integrations.
Step 4: Add a New Integration
Scroll to the Add integration section.
Select Add new integration.
You will now see a list of available third-party integrations:
Step 5: Choose The Provider
Choose the provider through which you’d like to send email notifications to your subscribers.
