# Send signups to your email, SMS or CRM tool

Every signup always lands in your OptiMonk subscriber list. If you also want them in Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot or another tool, connect it now, once per campaign.

**What to do**

- On the campaign page open the **Integrations** tab (it sits between Settings and Submits) and click **Add integration**.

- Walk through the four steps: pick the **Provider**, connect or choose an **Account**, pick the **List** new signups should join, and check the **Field mapping** so each popup field lands in the right place.

- Click **Save integration**.

**Done when:** the integration appears in the list with a **Draft** pill and the note "Saved as draft — it goes live when you publish the campaign." Once the campaign is switched on in step 7, the pill changes to **Active**, and a test signup shows up in your list.
