# Where to Check my Payment Status and Download the Invoices?

You can check your payment status and download your invoices inside your OptiMonk account. Follow these steps:

1. Log in to your OptiMonk account.
2. Click your name and avatar at the bottom of the left sidebar, then select **Settings**.
3. Open the **Billing** tab from the list on the left.
4. Scroll to **Invoice history**. Every row is one order:

| Column | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| Order | The order number of the transaction |
| Date | When it was created |
| Status | The payment status of that order |
| Total | The amount |
| Download | The document(s) you can download |
5. In the **Download** column, click **Invoice** (or **Proforma**, when that is the document issued for the order), and the PDF is downloaded to your computer, named after the order number.

**Please note:** only orders that have a downloadable document appear in this list. If your account has no invoices yet, the section simply says *No invoices yet.*

## Checking your subscription and next payment

The **Subscription** tab, right above Billing, is where you see the state of your subscription rather than the individual orders:

- **Current plan** — your plan, with **Next payment** (or *No upcoming payment* on a free plan) and your **Region**.
- **Payment details** — your **Payment method** (Credit card, PayPal, Bank transfer, or Shopify billing), the card or PayPal account behind it, and your **Billing address**.
- **Usage** — how much of your allowance you have used in the current period.

If a charge fails, this page shows a red notice — *Your last payment was declined.* — with an **Update payment method** link to the Billing tab.

💡 **Both tabs are only visible to the owner of the account.** If you were invited to the account as a member, the Subscription, Usage and Billing tabs are not shown to you — ask the account owner for the invoice.
