I tried to update my plan, but it didn't work. What might have happened?

There can be the following two reasons why the plan upgrade is not successful:

- There are less than 24 hours before the next recurring monthly payment. In this case, the payment for the new plan will be taken within few hours and the plan will also be changed

- Once you subscribed after you've been given a discount, please contact us at [email protected] as the plan change needs to be made manually on our end
