If you check the performance of your campaigns within the OptiMonk profile and realize that the conversion rate is higher than the subscribtion rate, there can be the following reasons for that: 1. Some of the subscribers data have been deleted from the OptiMonk account. 2. When someone subscribes more than just once with the same details (It can be possible if the visitor sees the popup from different browsers. OptiMonk allows to display the popup for the same visitor who have already sign up from abother browser, but will not duplicate the data).
