For your IT issues and other requests that you may have while using our products and services, you can write to us your support query through support@optimonk.com

For your *IT related concerns, please include details such as your OptiMonk email account, the name of the campaign affected, and screenshots. This ensures faster processing and resolution.

 

*IT related issues also includes but not limited to errors when integrating OptiMonk with other e-commerce platforms and email marketing software. Please include a temporary access to these accounts whenever possible. This will aid us in an efficient troubleshooting process.
