Refund policy

All of our users are entitled to a refund without any explanation if the first payment is within 14 days at the time of the request for the refund.

Please note that our refund process can vary based on the payment type of your account:

  • Credit card/PayPal: if you subscribed by providing your billing credentials directly within your OptiMonk account, the payment will be refunded to you immediately after we confirm the completion of the request. Then, the amount will be reflected in your bank account within 1-2 business days.
  • Payment via Shopify: if you subscribed to the OptiMonk app within your Shopify store (you did not provide your billing credentials within your OptiMonk account) it means that you were charged by Shopify. Therefore, once we confirm your request, we will contact the Shopify team who will process the actual refund. This should take a couple of business days. You will be included in the correspondence, so you’ll have an insight into the status of the refund.
