You can update your payment method at any time from your account settings. Follow these steps to add or change your payment information.
Updating Your Payment Method
Step 1: Access Your Account
Log in to your OptiMonk account at https://app.optimonk.com/login/en
Step 2: Navigate to Plan Settings
Click your account icon in the bottom left corner and select Subscription.
Note: Payment changes made within your OptiMonk account will not affect Shopify-managed subscriptions.
Step 3: Access Payment Settings
Look up the Payment details and click Edit next to Payment method.
Step 4: Select New Payment Option
Click Choose another way to pay to view available payment methods.
Step 5: Choose Payment Method
Select your preferred payment method from the available options (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Step 6: Enter Payment Details
Enter your new payment information and click Save to update your payment method. Your new payment method will be used for all future billing.
