How to cancel the subscription.
Follow the below steps if you are certain you'd like to cancel your subscription.
Step 1: Sign In
Log in to your OptiMonk account at:
https://app.optimonk.com/
Step 2: Open Your Account Menu
Click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner of the dashboard and then click Subscription.
Step 3: Downgrade to the Free Plan
Click the Downgrade button located under the Free Plan option.
What Happens After You Cancel?
Your account will automatically revert to the Free Plan.
The Free Plan has no expiry date, so you can continue using OptiMonk as long as you’d like.
You can upgrade again anytime in the future.
Your templates and account data remain accessible even after cancellation.
