Measuring what your campaigns do to your bottom line is how you decide what to change next. OptiMonk gives you three views of it, from the widest to the narrowest:
Dashboard — everything on one domain, summarised.
The campaign's own page — one campaign, its variants, its submits and its survey answers.
Reports — the full analytics: trend, per-campaign table, twelve breakdowns, CSV export.
All three are scoped to the domain selected in the workspace switcher at the top of the left menu. Switch workspace to look at another site.
1. Dashboard
Dashboard in the left menu summarises the selected domain over the period you pick. It shows five tiles:
Submits
Submit rate
Impressions
Active campaigns
Revenue influenced
Under them is the Performance chart for the same window, and below that Top campaigns — your campaigns Ranked by submits for the selected period, each one clickable straight through to its page.
Use the date range control to change the window: Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days (the default), Last month, Last year, or Custom range with a calendar.
Before a domain has measured anything, the tiles are drawn as placeholders rather than as zeros — a zero would claim we measured nothing happening, when the truth is that nothing has been measured yet. Active campaigns is the exception and always shows a real number.
2. The campaign's own page
Open Campaigns in the left menu and click a campaign. Its page has a tab bar:
Overview — the key metrics for this campaign over the chosen period, with a goal picker and a date range next to them. When an A/B test is running, Conversion uplift and the leader's chance to win stand beside the metrics. Below is the Variants table with each variant's traffic share, active switch and Uplift.
Settings — triggers, targeting and frequency (not a report, but the usual next stop after reading one).
Integrations — where signups are forwarded.
Submits — the leads this campaign collected, with a CSV export.
Analytics — the trend chart for this campaign only, for the selected period: Metrics for this campaign only, for the selected period. Domain-wide numbers are never shown here.
Feedback — appears only when the campaign has survey or feedback answers, and breaks them down question by question, option by option.
Which metric names you see on Overview depends on the goal you picked: Impressions / Submits / Submit rate for the default goal, Visitors / Orders / Order rate for Order, Visitors / ATC / ATC rate for Add to cart, and the goal's own name for a custom goal.
Two notes you may meet on Overview:
No analytics data in the selected period — showing all-time totals from live counters instead. Pick a wider range for period data.
Campaign analytics not ready yet — publish this campaign so OptiMonk can collect campaign-scoped metrics.
3. Reports
Reports in the left menu is the full analytics view for the domain. It gives you:
a trend chart with selectable metric tabs — Submit rate, Submits, Impressions, Visitors, and for the default goal also Assisted Orders and Assisted Revenue — each with its total and the change against the previous period of the same length;
the Campaign Performance table, one row per campaign, expandable to its variants with Uplift and Chance to Win under the conversion rate;
twelve breakdowns — Device Types, New vs Returning Visitors, Countries, Landing Pages, Traffic Sources, Referring Sites, Browsers, Operating Systems, Visited Pages, UTM Campaigns, UTM Sources and Browser Languages — each with See all for the full list;
a filter bar: add a filter on any of those dimensions (contains, is, is not) and the trend, the campaign table and every breakdown are filtered with it. You can also click the filter icon on a campaign row to scope the whole page to that campaign;
a goal picker and Manage goals (see Conversion Goals);
Export → Campaign performance (CSV) or Trend data (CSV);
Ask OptiMonk, a chat rail beside the report — ask it How is this domain performing?, Where does most traffic come from?, Do mobile or desktop convert better? or How can I improve the conversion rate? in plain English.
What about Google Analytics?
OptiMonk campaigns still push their events to Google Analytics 4 (optimonk_campaign_event, with the campaign name, action, id and variant name as properties), and OptiMonk can read order data back from GA4 — but there is no Google Analytics integration to configure in this app. If you need to set it up or change it, do it in the classic OptiMonk admin, or in Google Tag Manager on your site.
