Choose the right OptiMonk plan for you

When choosing the right OptiMonk plan, you should consider

The number of page views* that you have in a month,
The number of domains you have within your online business.

Knowing these beforehand will help you to find the subscription that best fits your needs.

*A page view is when a user visits one of the pages on your website. Pageviews are tallied for each page of your site. Your monthly page views can be found via Google Analytics: Audience->Overview. If you cannot access this information, your website developers will surely obtain this data for you.

As OptiMonk Plans and Pricing are based on your monthly page views, you should always check your page view number instead of your Impression number.

How can I purchase a plan?

If your website gets more page views than what is included in the free OptiMonk plan or you would like to use OptiMonk on multiple domains simultaneously, you can easily purchase a plan at any time.

Step 1: Access Your Subscription Settings

Log in to your OptiMonk account at https://app.optimonk.com/login/en
Click your profile icon in the bottom left corner
Select Subscription

Step 2: Select Your Plan

Choose the plan that matches your needs based on your monthly page views and the number of domains
Use the toggle to select between Annual or Monthly billing
Note: Annual plans include 2 months free

Step 3: Enter Billing Information

Fill in your Billing information
Select your Payment method

Step 4: Review Payment Options

Choose from your available payment methods and complete the purchase.

NOTE: After accepting the Terms and Conditions, your OptiMonk subscription will automatically renew as a recurring payment.

How to renew my subscription?

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period. You can cancel anytime before your renewal date. Once payment processes, your plan becomes active immediately.

How can I track my subscription?

OptiMonk plans are based on the monthly unique page views your site receives, or the pages with OptiMonk code inserted receive. On the Subscription page

You can track how many unique page views we have calculated since your last payment.
When your next payment is due.

How to upgrade, downgrade, or resubscribe to Optimonk?

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime you want within your account (the process is similar to the first plan purchase process).

For upgrading or downgrading your plan, please follow the instructions below.

Step 1: Access Subscription Settings

Log in to your OptiMonk account at https://app.optimonk.com/
Click your profile icon in the bottom left corner
Select Subscription

Step 2: Change Your Plan

Scroll down to view all available plans
Select the plan you'd like to switch to
Click Downgrade or Upgrade plan

PLEASE NOTE:

The plan will update automatically after clicking on Select, and you will be charged for the price difference between the two plans on your next bill.
There is a difference in the domain limit between the different plans, which you can check on OptiMonk's Plans & Pricing page. If you downgrade your plan, you might need to disable a few domains. You can select the active domains at any time under the Settings / Domains page of your account:
You can also revert to the free plan if you want to. You will be able to use your account within the limits of the free plan as usual. The free plan does not expire.
