MailUp Integration

MailUp is a powerful, scalable, and integrated marketing solution for creating quality relationships with your customers. It is very simple to integrate with OptiMonk. Please follow the below steps to do so:

1) Log in to your account at https://app.optimonk.com/

2) Select Campaigns on the left, then select the Campaign you want to use with MailUp:

3) Select Edit settings on the right:

4) Click on Add new integration under Add integration:

5) Select MailUp from the list of available integrations:

6) You can give a name to your Integration:

You need to get the Client ID and the Client Secret from your MailUp account.

7) Log in to your MailUp account, then go to Settings on the left:

8) Under Settings, select Advanced settings -> Developer's corner:

9) Select API keys, then click on NEW API KEY:

10) Fill out the required field,s then click on Request Keys:

11) Copy the Client ID and the Client Secret to their respective fields in your OptiMonk account:

12) Click Authenticate to continue:

13) A new window will pop up where you will need to log in to your MailUp account to authenticate the integration:

14) Click Confirm to approve the integration:

15) You will arrive on the Campaign Summary page. Click Edit settings again to continue setting up the MailUp integration:

16) Click on Add new integration under Add integration:

17) You will see a list of Global integrations with previously saved credentials that you can use to set up an integration. Select MailUp from the list:

18) Next, you will be able to:

  • Select a list from your MailUp account, where you want to send the data of your new subscribers

  • Optionally select a Group, and the subscribers will be added to this group as well.

  • Optionally choose a "source field" to mark subscribers you receive from OptiMonk.

  • Optionally set a value that will be stored in the Source field. The default value "OptiMonk" will be used if this field is left empty.

  • Associate the input fields of your OptiMonk Campaign with the fields in your MailUp list:

19) Once ready, click on Done and Next in the top right corner to save the changes:
