Can I change the template of an existing campaign?
Once a campaign is created, its template cannot be changed. If you need to use a different template, the only way is to create a new campaign using your preferred design.
Option 1: Create a New Campaign
If you want to switch to a completely different template:
Create a new campaign using your desired template.
Go to Campaigns and inactivate or delete the original campaign.
Option 2: Duplicate an Existing Campaign
If your new campaign will be visually similar to the original one, you can save time by duplicating it:
Open the campaign you want to replicate.
Select Duplicate to create a copy.
Edit the duplicated version to match your new requirements.
This approach is useful when you want to retain layout elements, styles, or configurations from the existing campaign.
